PSPer (https://bio2byte.be/psp/) predicts whether this protein is a prion-like RNA-binding phase separating protein (PSP). The prediction depends on the identification of RNA-binding domains, intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) and prions. These specific functional regions are separately predicted, and provide insights in why this protein might be considered a PSP.
