About Our Processing System

Our asynchronous worker platform efficiently processes prediction requests using Celery distributed task queue. Each request is handled by specialized workers dedicated to specific prediction types:

  • Single Sequence predictions
  • Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) analysis
  • ShiftCrypt predictions
Time limits: every prediction task has:
  • Soft time limit: 890s
  • Hard time limit: 900s
  • Up to 3 attempts, unless the job ran out of time — a retry gets the same limit, so it is not retried
