Her project is to assess AlphaFold3's performance in modeling the GPCR MC4R in the presence of its accessory protein, MRAP2.
By testing different MC4R variants across different oligomeric states, this project aims to add nuance to the existing experimental data and potentially lead to new hypotheses on the GPCR regulation.
